About the Role

This role is for a senior strategy lead with deep expertise in brand growth within the social space. You have diverse experience across multiple categories and growth stages, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced, and international environments. You excel at adapting to changing briefs and steering long-term strategies. You bridge traditional advertising with modern possibilities, pitching innovative ideas to global CMOs and leading junior talent. Constantly exploring new brand-building trends, you recognize top performers and emerging talents - from who's frequently referenced as best-in-class in the trades and who's up-and-coming in the feeds. You work well with cross-functional teams as well as data analysts. Colleagues would say you're great to work with.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the go-to social thought leader, representing a future-focused social team amongst multidisciplinary teams
  • Strategically grow and guide key US clients with global extensions
  • Oversee briefs to meet modern marketing needs, ensuring seamless integration from concept to content
  • Collaborate with creative leads to ensure high-quality creative work
  • Apply sound paid media acumen within a brand's broader ecosystem
  • Integrate social with other disciplines: PR, Brand Strategy, Customer Engagement, Data & Analytics, and Media
  • Innovate and implement key strategic social frameworks
  • Manage and develop senior social strategy team members
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner for major accounts
  • Partner with Account leads to strategically guide the business
  • Contribute to a global thought-leadership network

What You'll Need
  • 8 - 15 years of US & Global experience
  • Proven expertise in brand and communications planning
  • Successful collaboration with creative leaders
  • Demonstrated thought leadership
  • Experience managing teams of strategists and cross-disciplinary teams, leading with empathy and a focus on success for the team as a whole
  • Ability to work with media experts
  • Eagerness to learn, explore, and reinvent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for persuasive presentations
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting research and media reports to guide social media strategies
  • An eye for award-winning opportunities that satisfy clients' business objectives

Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in a brand focused on innovation and future-focused technology
  • Understanding of the cybersecurity space
  • Understanding of the US Public Safety space

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range

$75,000 - $180,000 USD
