Sensitive Activities Subject Matter Expert

SMX is seeking a Sensitive Activities Subject Matter Expert to oversee the submission of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) packets in support of Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) from concept development through full execution, with a particular emphasis on government sector initiatives. This position requires close collaboration with a diverse array of stakeholders, including civilian personnel, contractors, and government entities. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, excel in managing high-stakes, fast-paced environments, and demonstrate proficiency in juggling multiple priorities. Strategic leadership, systems thinking, and meticulous attention to detail are paramount for success in this role.

The proposed salary for this position is:
$126,000-$170,700 USD

Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules to track project milestones and resource allocation
- Coordinate internal teams and external resources to ensure seamless project execution
- Lead and manage the execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Provide concise and effective status reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project progress and any adjustments
- Monitor project scope and ensure deliverables meet or exceed established goals
- Establish and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring efficient collaboration and resource alignment
- Facilitate communication across all organizational levels, ensuring transparency and alignment on project objectives
- Oversee the documentation process, ensuring all project-related deliverables are completed on time and are of high quality
- Actively participate in strategic planning and review sessions, contributing to design submissions and reviews
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective outcomes
- Generate detailed analytical reports to inform leadership decisions and provide data-driven insights
- Continuously refine and improve project management processes to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
- Active top security clearance (SCI) or the ability to obtain and maintain one
- Bachelor's degree or 10 years of Special Operational Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of special activities experience with a focus on ISR and special operations related projects
- Episodic CONUS and OCONUS travel
