We're looking to you to develop an in-depth understanding of the customers, distributors, competitors to build product strategies that move Diversey North America's floorcare portfolio forward with improved product mix and sales growth.
You're someone who is adept at analyzing the portfolio's performance on key metrics, generating insights into causes, and developing recommendations to continuously improve results. In a nutshell, you'll manage the New Product Introduction Process within SAP, the mix and product line communications.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $88,950.00 and $124,530.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.

We're looking to you to develop an in-depth understanding of the customers, distributors, competitors to build product strategies that move Diversey North America's floorcare portfolio forward with improved product mix and sales growth.
You're someone who is adept at analyzing the portfolio's performance on key metrics, generating insights into causes, and developing recommendations to continuously improve results. In a nutshell, you'll manage the New Product Introduction Process within SAP, the mix and product line communications.
Among some of what you'll do:
- Partner with sector and portfolio teams to develop a successful value proposition and product line marketing strategy
- Work to understand organization's processes to develop new product extensions, including product positioning, naming, and pricing
- Work with cross-functional teammates to identify new product opportunities, develop a business case and then work to launch the finished good in the market
- Update all online resources for internal and external stakeholders and markets, to ensure our product messaging is clear and concise.
- Manage the total financials, tactical interaction with supply chain and ongoing monitoring of the SBU in monthly meetings.
- Deep-dive into portfolio performance along key metrics, generate insights into causes, and develop recommendations based on key market trends
- Work with Product Managers, Product Management Directors, and Pricing to gain a working knowledge of how to develop pricing strategies
- Update product communications and collateral materials including digital catalogs, sell sheets, videos, and training materials among others
- Develop presentations and collateral materials to support the sales team
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in technical, engineering, or business-related field
- A few years of experience ideally in Applications, Sales, Global Marketing, and R&D
- Strong time management, planning and prioritization skills
- Intermediate knowledge of finances with a holistic view of profitability
- Ability to influence others and build positive working relationships across business functions
- Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce.com, and Tableau, skills in financial modeling and analysis preferred
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time (both domestic and international)
