Technical Inside Sales Engineer
Looking for a sales-oriented individual with technical knowledge & experience in circuit protection applications. This individual will need to collaborate with our channel partners, electrical OEMs, distribution network, and outside sales representatives, as well as our inside Engineering and Sales staff, to provide pre- and post-sales technical information.
Experience with engineering project management processes a plus.

The successful candidate must have experience in the Circuit Protection field, focusing on protection for products such as Converters, Inverters, Drives, Substations, Capacitor Filter & Harmonic Banks, Traction AC & DC systems, Transformer protection and MCCs, Distribution Switchgear, Solar, Wind, Energy Storage and EV's (Electric Vehicles).
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business & Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Circuit Protection field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in power electronics and power systems.
  • Hands-on individual, capable of offering proposals, commercial and technical assistance to Engineers and Representatives.
  • Dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal, supervisory, and presentation skills. Must have stellar communication skills on multiple platforms, including verbal, written, face-to-face, and via telephone.
  • Experience managing direct sales and manufacturer's reps.
  • Contribute to the development of annual sales strategy and action plans.
  • Prepare and give technical presentation.
  • Analyze customers' needs and propose technical solutions.
  • Must be willing to travel (light) within North America.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not a must.
