Pricing Analyst II
Prepare complex cost/price proposals in response to government and commercial Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Work with cross-functional teams to create and submit accurate, efficient, effective, timely and competitive proposals. Lead the pricing group's efforts for competitive price proposals and actively contribute to the development of competitive pricing strategy.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Senior Pricing Analyst: Pay commensurate with experience.

Senior Pricing Analyst Responsibilities Include:
- Leads pricing efforts on competitive proposals including preparing complex proposals in response to RFPs.
- Reviews and analyzes RFPs to identify and assists the proposal team in developing proposals, pricing and business solutions for customers.
- Works as an integral part of the capture/proposal team, assisting in the development of competitive pricing strategies, identifying risks and interpreting solicitation requirements.
- Prepares competitive pricing proposals for moderate to complex contracts, including internal files for review and customer submittal files.
- Performs cost/price analyses, modeling and estimates for complex competitive proposal efforts consistent with company policies, FAR and solicitation requirements.
- Assists in determining price targets and performs risk/reward trade-off analyses to determine pricing tactics.
- Supports rate analysis from a price to win perspective, including fringe, overhead, G&A and profit/fee.
- Reviews cost/price proposals of others.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Senior Pricing Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field and 5 to 7 years of pricing experience in the federal government contracting environment. Experience working on competitive price proposals and competitive price analysis. Experience pricing all contract types including such as FFP, FP-LOE, T&M, FP-LH, CPFF, CPAF and other cost reimbursable contracts, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of FAR and its applicability to cost/price requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of the government contracting process.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products including extensive experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write and provide input on cost/price narratives.
- Ability to build strong interdepartmental relationships.
- Ability to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Ability to prioritize work and successfully meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
