Paralegal

Our client in the Harrisburg area is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join their team and provide critical support to their attorneys. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes. Our client is offering a salary of $50-70k depending on relevant experience. They also offer a competitive package, including 15 PTO days, 11 holidays, and 98% employee health insurance coverage.
Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft, proofread, and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and filings.
• Organize and manage case files, evidence, and exhibits for trials and hearings.
• Assist attorneys with case strategy and preparation.
• Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely filings.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other legal professionals.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to legal procedures.

Paralegal Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field (or a Paralegal Certification.)
• Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, processes, and documentation.
• Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal software, Microsoft Office Suite, and document management systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.

This is a direct hire position for $65-85k depending on relevant legal experience. The role will be onsite position for the first year, with the potential for a hybrid work arrangement thereafter.
