**Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)**
**Location: Waco, TX**
**Remote with at least monthly travel to office**

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced **Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)** to join our team. The HRBP will serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to leadership, aligning HR practices and policies with business objectives. This role focuses on driving employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development, ensuring that HR strategies contribute to the overall success of the company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Strategic HR Planning:** Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute human resources strategies that support the company's long-term objectives, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- **Consulting and Coaching:** Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and workforce development.
- **Change Management:** Facilitate and lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment between HR policies and the company's evolving goals.
- **Employee Engagement and Experience:** Champion programs aimed at improving employee well-being, satisfaction, and retention by fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- **HR Compliance:** Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations specific to Texas, including fair employment practices, compensation, and workplace safety.
**Systems Experience:**
- Proficient in HRIS systems, such as Workday, ADP, or similar platforms.
- Experience with performance management and employee engagement software is a plus.
- **Bonus:** Experience with **Lattice** for managing performance reviews, feedback, goal tracking, and employee development.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- **Experience:** 5+ years of experience in a human resources role, with at least 2 years in a business partner or strategic advisory role.
- **Business Acumen:** Strong understanding of business operations, financials, and industry trends in the TX area.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills:** Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
- **Problem-Solving and Analytical Abilities:** Ability to analyze HR metrics, generate insights, and implement solutions to improve organizational performance.
