Job Quick Facts: * Specialty: Hospitalist * Job Type: Locum Tenens * Facility Location: Devils Lake, ND * Service Setting: Inpatient * Reason For Coverage: Supplemental * Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing * Coverage Type: Clinical + Call * Shift Schedule: 2-week blocks preferred - 7a-7p; 12-hrs On-site * Call Schedule: 7p-7a; Nights * Patients per day: Ave. 6 * Admissions/Discharges: 2-3 * No. of Beds: 19 * Procedures: Vent Management, Lines, Intubation - EKG Interpetation, Cardiac Stress Test, Echocardiogram, PA Catheter placement * Duties: Swing Beds, Cardiac Rehab Oversight, Outpatient infusion (abx, blood, etc) and wound care oversight * Specialty Back up: - Intensivist, GS, Cardiology, Ortho, GI, Neuro (Available for Phone Consults) - 24/7 Anesthesia on-call, ER Staff - Visiting General Surgeon; 1-2x per month (for electives) * EMR: Meditech * Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: * Active ND License or IMLC * BC in IM * DEA * ACLS, BLS * COVID Vaccination
