DESCRIPTION:Im looking for a Primary Care physician to provide coverage in Arkansas. This is an outpatient clinic for company employees and their families. The patient population 2 and up.Will consider Internal Medicine doctors if experienced/comfortable w/age 2+. Credentialing is FAST, approx 1 week. Please call if you are looking for PRN shifts

Locations and Open Dates:
Green Forest, AR: Ages 2+, Bilingual preferred, Dispensing,No DEA or dispensing license req'd
9/1 7a-12p, 9/5 9a-6p
10/10 9a-6p
11/22 7a-4p

Springdale, AR: Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred, ages newborn+, Mainly Wellness (No OccMed).Solo site (must have at least 2 years experience and comfortable working alone)
9/11 9a-6p, 9/12 7a-4p - asking for repeat, but will try a new provider

REQUIREMENTS:

ARstate license; active, unrestricted

BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

2years experience
