Yes What Percentage of the Practice is Neonate, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric: 100% Adult/Geriatric What Percentage of the Practice is Non-Surgical, Surgical, Laser: 50% Documentation System/EMR: Epic Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2 Required Clinical Areas: Non-Surgical, Surgical/Invasive Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months Facility WILL reimburse for the Following Costs: Flight, Rental Car, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate
