Yes What Percentage of the Practice is Neonate, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric: 100% Adult/Geriatric What Percentage of the Practice is Non-Surgical, Surgical, Laser: 50% Documentation System/EMR: Epic Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2 Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months Facility will reimburse Flight, Rental Car, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate **Trinity Health does not reimburse for credentialing fees** Requirement description :
