This role involves overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all engineering practices meet industry standards and client requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of engineers in HVAC design and systems integration.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide engineering solutions.Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to create detailed engineering plans.Implement HVAC control systems and ensure they meet specifications and performance standards.Conduct regular reviews and assessments of engineering projects and provide constructive feedback.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC design and project management.Proficient in MS Office and MS Project for project tracking and reporting.Experience with AutoCAD for design purposes.Strong knowledge of HVAC controls and systems design methodologies.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Must have construction contracting experienceBenefitsFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
