Controller, Seattle real estate fund in growth mode, fund accounting, CFO path (REMOTE/ MUST BE IN GREATER SEATTLE AREA)Stellar, new REMOTE Controller opportunity with a rising Seattle real estate fund. Newly created role, taking over for an outgoing CFO, this is a hands-on Controller, no direct reports, overseeing 3rd party fund administration and management company accounting, managing all aspects of accounting/fund accounting, tax, and treasury. Prepare fund financials for audits, assist with tax returns for all entities, K-1’s, distributions, debt covenant compliance and reporting, payroll, design and implement internal controls and policies. Opportunity to take on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, working on deals, etc. Ideal for 6+ years, CPA, Manager/Sr. Manager from Big-4 (w/ fund experience), public accounting background working with funds + industry experience.
