The ASC Administrator role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in outpatient surgical care while working with an established network of healthcare professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Surgery Center Administrator position encompasses a wide range of leadership duties including serving as primary liaison between the Governing Board, Medical Staff, and facility departments. The ASC CEO will report facility activities and performance metrics to the Governing Board, manage partnership operations according to established agreements, and develop strategic plans for service line growth. Additional responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining facility accreditation, overseeing financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation.
