Simply put, we take care of our advisors, so they can take care of their clients.Job Overview:The Vice President of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) is a mid-senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, implementation, and management of the organization’s identity governance and administration programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant identity and access management processes. The VP will work closely with cross-functional teams to align IGA strategies with business goals and regulatory requirements, driving innovation and continuous improvement in identity governance.Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute a comprehensive IGA strategy that aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Provide visionary leadership to drive innovation and improvements in identity governance processes.Define and communicate the strategic direction for IGA initiatives across the organization.2. IGA Program Management:Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IGA solutions, including identity lifecycle management, access request management, and access certification.Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of IGA systems.Lead the integration of IGA solutions with other IT and business systems.3. Team Leadership and Development:Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing IGA team.Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with IT, HR, Compliance, and other departments to ensure seamless IGA processes.Engage with senior management and key stakeholders to communicate IGA strategies and progress.Manage relationships with external vendors and partners related to IGA solutions.5. Risk Management and Compliance:Ensure IGA practices comply with relevant regulations and standards.Conduct regular risk assessments and audits of IGA systems and processes.Develop and implement mitigation strategies for identified risks.6. Process Improvement and Innovation:Continuously evaluate and improve IGA policies, procedures, and technologies.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in IGA and cybersecurity.Drive the adoption of best practices and emerging technologies in IGA.7. Budget and Resource Management:Develop and manage the IGA budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Optimize the use of tools, technologies, and personnel to achieve IGA objectives.What are we looking for?We want strong leader who can develop and execute a comprehensive IGA strategy. We are looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are client-focused, team oriented, and can execute in a way that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.Requirements:Minimum of 10 years in IT or cybersecurity with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on IGA/IAM.In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with IGA solutions such as SailPoint, ForgeRock or Saviynt.Minimum 5 years of working and managing of SailPoint IIQ, ForgeRock or Saviynt platform mandatory.Minimum 5 years of solution design, integration architecture, technical development, and deployment experience of IGA solutions and products preferably SailPoint IIQ.Experience in installing, configuring, customizing and performance tuning of SailPoint IIQ or any other IGA productCore Competencies: Proven track record of successful IGA implementations and support of those applications.Strong decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate actions.Organizational skills that enable one to work on several tasks simultaneously, providing management with appropriate insight into the workload and priorities.Original and innovative thinking that produces new ideas and creates innovative solutions.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.Preferences:Working knowledge of DevOps (Octopus, GitHub).Pay Range: $122,100.00 - $203,500.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
