Physical Demand: Walking, Standing and lifting 50% occasionally
Working Conditions: Office environment
Shift Time/Overtime: 8:00 am - 4:30 PM
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities of the Procurement Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Sourcing products
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
- Checking availability of stock
- Inventory control -- setting reorder points and reorder quantities
- Placing and expediting purchase orders for stock and non-stock items per SOPs
- Maintenance of items in inventory management system
- Monitor quality and delivery performance of suppliers
- Complete and Monitor reports including inventory, procurement, and supplier performance metrics
- Participate in Special Projects as directed, to include process improvement teams
- Other duties as assigned by manager
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- 5 years of MRO product experience
- 3 years purchasing experience
- Inventory Management
- Good analytical and math skills
- Proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft Office Suite: Word and Excel
- Prophet 21 experience preferred
- CPM Certification preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High level of customer service skills
