Aramsco, a family of companies, is a leading solutions provider to specialty contractors across North America, serving numerous end markets including abatement, restoration, environmental, emergency preparedness, stone care, cleaning and surface preparation. The company has more than 60 locations through which it distributes products, equipment and chemicals, and provides customers with other value-added services including equipment repair, equipment rental and education.
The National Accounts Manager is responsible for representing Aramsco in our efforts to partner with our largest and most strategic member accounts on growth and operational improvement opportunities. Many of these members have multiple locations, spanning across multiple geographies. The National Accounts Manager acts as a consultant to these customers while selling the Aramsco suite of products, programs, and service offerings. The core responsibility of the role involves generating profitable sales growth for Aramsco by driving customer purchases through the Aramsco program and field sales teams. The most successful National Account Managers foster deep, productive relationships with these major accounts using their ability to identify growth opportunities and present strong value propositions for closing on these opportunities. The partnerships with these customers will be established and enhanced by fostering a "top to top" communication and relationship plan.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist our largest customer contractors with growth plans, including the incremental growth of new locations and conversion of these locations to purchases, signifying a focus on business development.
- Establish and maintain account relationships across a broad range of functions including the customer's executive team (Owner, CEO, CPO, COO, VP)
- Bringing new multi-location customers into our program.
- Develop strong working relationships with assigned National Account members, gaining trust and integrity as a valued business partner and consultant.
- Plan and execute customer meetings and Quarterly Business reviews with each Aramsco National Account. Utilize field sales staff and vendor partners, presenting beneficial products and programs to each customer.
- Develop an aggressive, achievable business plan aligning with individual and Aramsco goals, underscoring the importance of strategic planning, training, support of customer events, and support of Aramsco National Account team activities.
- Always represent Aramsco and its customer partners with the utmost dignity and credibility in accordance with Aramsco policies and standards.
- Collaborate with Aramsco team members to achieve overarching goals and execute the strategic plan for each customer and stakeholder.
- Be well-versed in Aramsco's Traffic and SafetyProduct Lines and creating profitable growth for the benefit of both our customer and Aramsco.
Qualifications/ Skills
Education and Experience...
- Bachelors in sales/marketing/business or related experience
- 5+ years of outside sales experience
- Experience with national accounts preferred
- Previous industry experience preferred
- Ability to travel up to 35% throughout the US
- Can live anywhere in the US, but must live within 45 minutes of a major airport
