We are Worldpay for Platforms, a leader in integrated payments with over 25 years of experience. Our business supports over a thousand software companies and over 700K end-users with their payment solutions. As the market evolves, so do the needs of these end-users. What you'll own

Work to ensure the team's success in delivery, primarily by helping to identify and especially remove impediments impacting the team's ability to deliver. Leads product delivery to ensure everything runs smoothly from concept to completion of all roll out tasks. Helps shape the future of product delivery function while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. Create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. This role supports multiple cross-functional product teams, to enable the delivery of value to customer and stakeholders using agile methods and practices.

  • Act as product delivery SME for assigned product domain.


  • Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the product on schedule with expected quality.


  • Responsible for engaging in conversations and truly understanding the 'why', 'what', and 'when' of the product that is being built.


  • Develops, defines, and executes project plans and roll out schedules.


  • Constantly looking to identify impediments early, actively working to resolve these impediments and escalate when needed.


  • Management and tracking of cross team dependencies.


  • Creates and maintains the Playbooks.


  • Partner with leadership to identify needed projects resources (engineering, operations, L&D).


  • Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments, and progress.


  • Responsible for driving impediments to closure or resolution by collaborating with relevant teams.


  • Support Senior Management in understanding hot topics - related to technology and product development requirements and enhancements. Based on partners, merchants, market, and regulatory demand).


  • Develop status reports for senior leadership.


  • Develop relationships with product management team to identify where user flows or prototypes may be helpful to manage stakeholders' expectations.


  • Develop strong relationships with internal/external partners.


  • Responsible for ensuring that the teams have everything they need to deliver.


What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area


  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.


  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes


  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $129,990.00 - $218,380.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
