Leidos is seeking a IT Infrastructure Technical Project Manager to be part of the mission solution and help lead SSA's Digital Modernization Strategy. We are a team of forward-looking professionals in need of a strong candidate with these key required skills : The IT Infrastructure Technical Project Manager Lead will serve as the key technical resource leading the strategy and all project management aspects for the development, support, and maintenance of Infrastructure services such as ServiceNow and Contact as a Service (CCaaS) initiatives. The successful candidate will have fluency in the processes and module development principles that enables effective communications with stakeholders to develop enterprise business solutions for our customer that leverages industry processes and best practices.

  • Serve as the ServiceNow Technical Project Manager for multiple infrastructure projects.
  • Strategize with and manage vendor relationship for various products
  • Provide Project management leadership - effectively drive the project schedule, deliverables and manage project risks.
  • Facilitate effective communications within a complex matrix organization (internal/external teams).
  • Facilitate requirements gathering that can effectively be translated into customer acceptance documentation.
  • Work closely with SMEs and Engineers in designing and developing solutions that meet the customer requirements.
  • Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with the project team and developers.

FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS ( Basic Qualifications )
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field. Experience may be substituted in lieu of BS degree
  • Masters or Doctorate degree may substitute for required experience.
  • 12 years of experience as an IT infrastructure technical project management.
  • 7 years of experience with ServiceNow platform and effective in setting a clear vision based on ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices.
  • Knowledge and experience with CCaaS solutions implementation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.

*** Selected candidate must reside within two (2) hours of SSA Headquarters in Woodlawn, MD

*** Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site at least 2 days a week.

FACTORS TO HELP YOU SHINE ( Required Skills )
These skills will help you succeed in this position:
  • IT Technical Project Management Leadership (PMP required).
  • Effective leadership communications and team player (externally /externally).
  • Knowledge of Asset Management, IT Service Management, Governance/Risk/Compliance ServiceNow Modules.
  • Experience with CCaaS Applications (i.e., AWS Connect or Genesys).
  • Experience designing and developing ServiceNow process flows/workflows.
  • Effective executive/stakeholder level briefings.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
  • Excellent communication and written skills

Pay Range: Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
