Job Description

JOB SCOPE:
Oversees the local presence of Sears Home Services across hundreds of business listings, including Google My Business, Yelp, Apple, and Bing.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager, Local Performance Marketing & Reputation will focus on managing and enhancing Sears Home Services' (SHS) local presence across various online business listings, developing localized marketing strategies, and enhancing the overall presence of SHS across the nation. This role aims to ensure the company's visibility and reputation as the go-to service provider in local markets. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing digital marketing strategies, analyzing data, and improving business listings visibility.

Head of Performance Marketing

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develops highly-customized local marketing plans based on nuances of each individual target market, and works with channel leaders to optimize or implement tactics
  • Develops strategies to maximize the effectiveness of local advertising campaigns
  • Discovers and grows new local platforms and profiles across any opportunity properties
  • Analyzes the local competitive landscape to develop and refine marketing strategies
  • Evaluates and analyzes end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels
  • Works directly with our CRM/Engineering/Product teams to enhance and improve the review aggregation process
  • Monitors and manages the company's online reputation, addressing any negative feedback and promoting positive customer experiences
  • Ensures all local business listings are maintained, accurate and maximized for visibility and customer engagement
  • Works directly with the Chatmeter team, serving as the expert on the Chatmeter platform to enhance local listing management
  • Utilizes tools like Local Falcon and ServicePower to manage and improve the review aggregation process across all properties
  • Measures and reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3-4 years of related experience
  • 18 years of age or older

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Experience managing large scale Google My Business programs across customer-facing profiles
  • In-depth knowledge of review aggregation, management, and distribution strategies
  • Technical expertise relating to customer review aggregation process within a marketing technology stack
  • Proven experience relating to local SEO best practices
  • Experience with leading listing & reputation management offerings in the market

PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Prior experience in home services vertical or like business is preferred
