The Role:
As the Program Manager(s), you will be responsible for all operational aspects of an in-store Consultant program. This role involves planning, executing, reporting, working with consultants and managing program financials ultimately ensuring exceptional program delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management.
Note: We are hiring 2 Program Managers to support the delivery of 2 programs across the US and Canada.

The Role:
As the Program Manager(s), you will be responsible for all operational aspects of an in-store Consultant program. This role involves planning, executing, reporting, working with consultants and managing program financials ultimately ensuring exceptional program delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management.
Note: We are hiring 2 Program Managers to support the delivery of 2 programs across the US and Canada.
A Day in the Life:
- Project manage a program from pre-sale opportunity to project planning, implementation and operationalization.
- Create and monitor program plans, including project schedule, launch plans, communication plans, and RAID logs (risks, actions, issues and decisions).
- Manage, monitor, and control program scope, budget and timelines through to final delivery.
- Lead the project execution by working closely with cross-functional teams to complete deliverables within scope, schedule, and quality.
- Lead project financial management requirements, including evaluation of change requests, estimating efforts and duration of activities, forecasting, developing statements of work, and project change notices, monthly invoicing and reconciliation.
- Build and grow strong relationships with key client stakeholders and internal partners.
- Monitor Consultant program performance and outcomes.
- Execute program standards and processes according to program Playbook to ensure high-quality consistent delivery.
- Administer the allocation and scheduling of consultants per contractual and geomapping requirements.
- Utilize and set up consultant tools including approved AI technology.
- Identify and resolve program operational challenges with speed and quality.
- Maintain and review consultant dashboards and reports to track key operational metrics.
Are You the One:
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
- 3+ years proven experience as a Program Manager and/or Project Manager ideally within an agency setting in the consulting sector (automotive industry experience is a bonus).
- Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities with excellent ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, and stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - strong level of proficiency using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as hands-on functional knowledge and navigation of various Program Management software and tools including MS Project and MS Dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of financial and business acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.
