The Role:
As the Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our global in-store Consultant programs to deliver 3 programs across the US, Canada, and Mexico. This role involves managing the recruitment, training, deployment, and performance of our consultant operations team and in-store consultants, ensuring program quality and compliance, managing budgets, fostering relationships with stakeholders. and continuously improving operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and operations management, as well as team leadership.

The Role:
As the Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our global in-store Consultant programs to deliver 3 programs across the US, Canada, and Mexico. This role involves managing the recruitment, training, deployment, and performance of our consultant operations team and in-store consultants, ensuring program quality and compliance, managing budgets, fostering relationships with stakeholders. and continuously improving operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and operations management, as well as team leadership.
A Day in the Life:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all programs, ensuring they are delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Overall financial accountability for all Consultant programs, ensuring budgeted profitability
- Monitor Consultant program performance and outcomes.
- Lead and manage Consultant program operations team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
- Establish and maintain Consultant program standards and processes including a Playbook to ensure high-quality consistent delivery.
- Build and grow strong relationships with key client stakeholders and internal partners.
- Operate as a program escalation point to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new Consultants are properly contracted and trained in Bond Consultant Operations processes.
- Oversee the allocation and scheduling of consultants per contractual and geomapping requirements.
- Implement and manage consultant tools including approved AI technology.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges with speed and quality.
- Develop and oversee consultant dashboards and reports to track key operational metrics.
- Provide operational oversight for annual program renewals and net new consultant programs.
Are You the One:
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, ideally within an agency setting in the consulting sector, with a solid understanding developing and successfully managing programs to meet program objectives (automotive industry experience is a bonus).
- Strong knowledge of financial and business acumen.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing a team and achieving program success.
- Exceptional skills in interpersonal relations, planning, organization, collaboration, and professional communication and presentation, both in writing and verbally.
- A strong capacity to build relationships as a key strength, both within cross-functional teams and with external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as practical knowledge of Program Management software and tools including MS Project and MS Dynamics.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.
