SUMMARY OF POSITION:
We are seeking a professional, experienced, and effective implementation project manager with a proven history of success to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation of our new ERP platform. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring effective collaboration, communication, adherence to scope, budget and milestone goals for the project.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Leadership:
- Lead Oracle implementation projects from initiation to closure
- Develop and execute project plans, establish staffing requirements, and adjust as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project risks, actions, issues, and decisions, and drive completion by the team.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with stakeholders, team members, and senior management to ensure project success.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with all parties involved, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Budget Management:
- Maintain and manage a Project Budget Tracker
- Team Leadership:
- Foster collaboration and communication among team members.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- 5-10 years experience in project management
- Proven experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Homebuilding or Construction experience preferred
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership and key business partners
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to provide guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Proficient in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Trello or Microsoft Project
