How you'll add value:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement tailored sales and service strategies specific to the Eastern Canadian market to achieve revenue targets and operational goals.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and areas for service improvement.
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure regional strategies align with overarching company objectives and strategies.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of sales and service professionals across Eastern Canada, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members, providing continuous feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment that drives engagement and professional growth.
- Sales Management:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to client acquisition and relationship management, ensuring client needs are met effectively.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Service Excellence:
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional service across the region by setting high standards and implementing best practices.
- Address and resolve complex service issues and escalations promptly and effectively.
- Continuously seek and implement opportunities to enhance service offerings and improve customer experiences.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the regional budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue and expenses, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular performance reports for the Eastern Canada region, including sales achievements, service metrics, and market insights.
- Utilize data-driven analysis to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives
What qualifications we require
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and service management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Fluency in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-performance teams.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer service best practices, and regional market dynamics in Eastern Canada.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data, make strategic decisions, and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and other sales/service management tools.
Working Conditions
- Periodic travel across Eastern Canada will be required.
- Occasional extended hours and weekend work may be necessary to meet business demands.
