As a Sr. Data Product Analyst for Slalom, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross functional partners and applying your product & data analytics skills to deliver data-driven insights for product teams. You will provide analysis, dashboards, insights, and recommendations to improve user experience and content for B2B/B2C digital products. This is a remote, project-based role supporting our client in the healthcare space.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is up to $65/hr and the targeted hourly range is $40/hr to $60/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

As a Sr. Data Product Analyst for Slalom, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross functional partners and applying your product & data analytics skills to deliver data-driven insights for product teams. You will provide analysis, dashboards, insights, and recommendations to improve user experience and content for B2B/B2C digital products. This is a remote, project-based role supporting our client in the healthcare space.
What You'll Do
- Provide product insights, analytics, and recommendations to improve user experience
- Build and maintain dashboards using product analytics platforms and BI tools to inform stakeholders and monitor product performance
- Generate reports and present material to support business decisions
- Perform quantitative analysis and data mining to understand how customers use and interact with products and services
- Support AB testing and conduct quantitative analysis to test hypotheses about users and identify opportunities
- Build automation and analysis pipelines to provide insights at scale and define data infrastructure requirements for new products and features
Basic Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant product or marketing analytics experience
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Experience with modern product analytic platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap
- Experience with Tableau or similar tool for data visualizations
- Experience with AB testing
- Experience in finding and utilizing data from data warehouses, data architectures, and data lakes
Preferred Requirements:
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with Mixpanel
