Power Integrations is a market-leading innovator in energy-efficient power conversion. We have pioneered many new power converter topologies and control algorithms, transforming the industry with highly integrated controller ICs and proprietary high voltage Gallium Nitride (GaN) transistor technology.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of Power Management ICs using our proprietary BiCMOS process technology.
  • Perform circuit design, simulation, layout supervision, silicon verification, product characterization, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.


Requirements:
  • Education: BSEE/MSEE preferred with emphasis on analog IC design.
  • Experience:
    • Thorough understanding of basic circuit theory and common transistor circuit building blocks.
    • Familiarity with power conversion principles.
    • Understanding of device physics and ability to optimize circuit performance.
    • Knowledge of transistor models and control theory.
    • Working knowledge of Cadence design tools.

Pay Range: $74K-$114K per year
