Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a self-motivated, driven, senior level Director to develop and assist in the management of our talented Account Management team. The primary focus of this manager is to drive customer success through WOW delivery and continuous expansion of services within our existing annuity customer base.

The vision for this role is to cultivate and expand our account management team by redefining the position, establishing apprenticeship and Onramp programs, and promoting internal advancement and development. Collaborating closely with product managers from various sectors and regions, this role will guarantee that our clients receive top-tier services from dedicated employees who strive to comprehend their customers' needs more profoundly than the customers themselves.

Essential responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on the sales process, helping team members improve outcomes in new opportunity growth.
- Cross-sell new services to existing customers, contributing to business expansion.
- Assist employees in assessing opportunities within the region.
- Use the CRM system to review sales performance, ensuring alignment with expectations. Address consistent underperformance through performance management goals.
- Define sales and service expectations for both internal and external clients.
- Deliver consistent training on topics such as sales strategy, CRM usage, proposal creation, time management, and essential soft skills.
- Collaborate with team members to identify growth opportunities during customer visits.
- Assist with proposal creation and approval processes.
- Work with Account Managers to collect payments for services rendered.
- Help develop highly profitable customer relationships and discontinue services if necessary.
- Provide guidance on pricing, scope of work, and terms and conditions.
- Screen candidates and participate in onboarding new team members.
- Regularly provide performance feedback to team members.
- Contribute to individual and team goal-setting processes.
- Lead quarterly commission reviews and approvals.
- Work with Marketing to explore ways to engage current customers.
- Monitor OKRs and KPIs, holding team members accountable.
- Present monthly performance metrics to General Managers and the Executive team.
- Assist General Managers with sales and account management tasks as needed.
- Become an expert in selling all TEI service lines.
- Ensure that sales terms and conditions are met before closing deals.
- Prioritize team members' safety above all else.
- Motivate and impress team members, fellow Triumvirate colleagues, and clients.
- Ability to travel when needed, including air travel.
Basic Requirements:
- 5+ years of related work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing people, processes, and systems.
- Proven ability to coach and train employees in effective selling principles, including prospecting, cross-selling, account retention, The WOW factor, and customer intimacy.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Oracle CX, and relevant business and sales software.
- Willingness to travel on behalf of TEI as required.

- Relevant industry-related experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver and manage a WOW level of service for customers.
- Understanding of effective team motivation strategies.
- Ability to present effectively in a live classroom setting.
- Knowledge and understanding of Triumvirate's sales processes.
- Capability to manage new product and service rollouts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with employee performance evaluation techniques and metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for fostering long-term relationships.
