Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a Project Integrator to support an enterprise IT program. The program is working with our client to expand existing capabilities by augmenting its automated data collection development team with additional skilled development support that are capable of co-locating with end-users to rapidly develop and operate proven and new techniques for data collection and transformation while operating within and contributing to corporate technical guidelines.
We're seeking a highly skilled Project Integrator who can leverage their stellar communications skills while interfacing directly with client management regarding requirements for data collection and digital identities in a mission support environment. The ideal candidate possesses both project integration and program management skills, has an understanding of programmatics, experience with JIRA & PMF phases/control gate experience, and is able to work both independently and within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

Pay Range: Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00

In this role you will:
- Interface directly with client management regarding requirements for data collection, digital identities, and mission support.
- Provide coordination across client's organization and business partners to expedite data sharing, processing, and governance activities.
- Establish strategic objectives based on the client's vision for the data collection platforms.
- Analyze new technologies, hardware, and software to determine the applicability and need in the existing or proposed system, to include security, storage, and network technology.
- Work with users to identify and develop system requirements taking into account the desired results, hardware limitations and operating requirements, identified by the client.
- Assist in planning and managing multiple projects involving the infrastructure and exploitation platforms.
- Programmatically manage solutions for virtual operations.
- Collect and manage requirements for planning and produce outcomes from virtual operational requirements.
- Perform end-to-end quality assurance of data; provide operational testing and recommendations for continuous improvement of equipment and software for collection and exploitation; and collect and exploit profile, content, or metadata information for mission support.
- Evaluate data accessible in the public domain, including foreign social media websites and applications both from mobile and stationary platforms.
- Provide field technical and operational support for data analysis, and may occasionally visit field sites through Temporary Duty (TDY) travel.
Required Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience or Master's degree with 10+ years of experience. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated experience with the ability to listen and transcribe from mission need to technical requirements.
- Demonstrated experience triaging and troubleshooting data issues.
- Demonstrated on-the-job experience working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated experience transferring and handling sensitive data.
- Demonstrated experience working with other technical teams across multiple organizational boundaries, and ability to work independently or as a team player.
- Demonstrated experience tracking action items for successful completion.
- Demonstrated experience working with users to define requirements for analysts or operational customers.
