Provider must be available 8-10 shifts a month consistently for the next 3-4 months Please submit your provider to all 3 sites Shifts are 8p-8a - main focus is night shifts/weekends Holzer-Gallipolis 09.11 ED Physician 8p-8a 09.12 ED Physician 8p-8a 09.13 ED Physician 8p-8a 09.17 ED Physician 8p-8a 09.18 ED Physician 8p-8a 09.19 ED Physician 8p-8a Holzer - Jackson 09.01 ED Physician 8a-8p * Percent (%) of Total Hospital Admissions Received from ED: 17 * Percent (%) of ED Patients Admitted to the Hospital per Day: 17% * Percent (%) of ED Patients Transferred per Day: Less than 7% * Trauma Level/Designation: None * Annual volume: 18,527 (15-20/shift per provider * Total Number of Beds: 11 * Fast track in ED? Yes * EMR: All Scripts/Paragon * Will oversee APP's * ED Physician writes orders for Admissions * Deliveries Sent Directly to Labor & Delivery * Consultants Radiologist, Cardiologist, Pulmonologist, Gastroenterologist, Urologist, Hematologist / Oncologist Submission Requirements * Please submit rates and availability at time of name clear * OH state License - not accepting IMLC * COVID Vaccination * MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM (can be double boarded ABPS) * MUST have 2+ recent experience * NRP * Please apply to all 3 Holzer sites (Meigs, Jackson and Gallipolis)
