- Working within Aerodynamics, Mechanical Design and Mechanical Integrity disciplines to collectively derive component life including duty-based lifting.
- Thermal analysis of turbomachinery components and systems from concept definition through detailed design, focusing first on prototype development and then on future product definition.
- Analyzing and adapting turbine blade, vane, and casing cooling design for new products and upgrades.
- Specifying component and turbomachine test requirements.
- Calibration of thermal models using turbomachine test data
- Dissemination of information by report and presentation.
