The successful candidate will serve as the senior financial leader for private equity-backed companies, driving strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. Key responsibilities include leading turnaround and restructuring efforts, providing deep expertise in technical accounting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role also involves overseeing all aspects of transaction execution, leading technology and finance transformation projects, and collaborating with executive teams to design and implement long-term financial strategies. Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company should have a proven track record as a CFO or senior finance executive, with expertise in strategic financial planning, technical accounting, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading turnaround and restructuring efforts, as well as a strong background in transaction execution, including M&A, post-merger integration, and capital raises. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with an MBA or CPA being preferred.
