Subsidiary transition (records of entities to our registered agent and data entry)
Corporate Transparency filing (government filing with entity information)
Assist with divestiture project as it gets heavier in October
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Post-secondary paralegal certification/ degree or 7 to 10 Years equivalent paralegal experience required
Bachelor's degree - Preferred
Project Management - Preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
General knowledge of legal terminology and principles.
Expertise using contemporary office technology, equipment and applications, including SaaS/Cloud systems, Micosoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.
Demonstrated ability to utilize technical information to make independent decisions and make recommendations to attorneys and internal customers.
Expertise in legal research and analyzing and reviewing legal documents resulting in an error free end product.
Demonstrated ability to timely create and execute action plans across multiple projects.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
Demonstrated ability to provide high level support to various stakeholders across a heavily matrixed global organization.
