This role involves strategic planning, execution, and coordination of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders and lead project teams to achieve operational excellence in line with FDOT standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple civil construction projects from initiation to completion.Ensure compliance with FDOT regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, and monitor progress against these plans.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project goals.Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including financial performance and scope changes.Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet established standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on water and sewer projects.Proven experience as a Project Executive or Senior Project Manager in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of FDOT regulations and civil construction best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.BenefitsFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
