The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of tax compliance and planning for partnerships and S Corporations, ensuring accurate and timely filing of returns. This role is critical in providing strategic tax guidance and managing client relationships effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation and review of tax returns for partnerships and S Corporations.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings.Manage client relationships and communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals.Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, providing guidance and training as needed.Conduct research on various tax issues and stay up-to-date with regulatory changes affecting the industry.Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies for clients.Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive financial advice.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's in Tax or Accounting is preferred.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required.Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, with a focus on partnership and S Corporation taxation.Strong knowledge of tax compliance and planning for passthrough entities.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.BenefitsSalary $160K-$210K/yr DOEHealth InsuranceLong Term Disability401(k) with matchDiscretionary BonusesFlexible work scheduleProfessional DevelopmentFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
