From advocating for seat belts, air bags and graduated driving laws, to being an industry leader in pricing sophistication, telematics, and, more recently, device and identity protection. Job DescriptionAs a Senior Digital Product Manager (DPM), you are pivotal to the success of a digital product, owning and driving the strategy, focus, health, usability, adoption, and prioritization to deliver iterative value for your customers. You are accountable for the outcomes of the product you support. As a DPM, you will facilitate Discovery and Framing sessions, retros and other agile ceremonies for your product. DPMs author, test and accept stories and own the product strategy, prioritization decisions, roadmap and backlog. You define the Key Performance Indicators that align with declared outcomes within a strategic initiative. DPMs may coordinate releases if needed and evangelize user-centric design. You’ll be closely working with Business Architects, Experience Designers and Platform Consultants. With key stakeholders, you’ll measure and validate outcomes, align on roadmaps, and sequence, and prioritize features that drive key outcomes. You’ll also work with them to author stories and define a validation strategy for measuring key outcomes and performance. In conjunction with others, you’ll drive user-centric design and identify experience enhancement opportunities and gaps to fold into stories and epics. You’ll also partner with Platform Consultants to apply the appropriate architecture across products. The Digital Product Manager (DPM) will support the Customer Digital Identity Product helping our customers create and maintain digital accounts so that their digital experiences are consistent, establish trust, and are responsive to threats. They should be a creative problem solver in the face of technology and/or resource limitations.
