Who You'll Work With:
We are looking for a Vice President, Analyst Relations within the US Strategic Relationship Group. This team is responsible for is responsible for the research coverage, home office relationships, and developing the firm's strategy for the US Intermediary business. The position will be primarily focused on AllianceBernstein' s efforts to increase our presence and platform positioning with the research teams in the US Intermediary Channel.
What You'll Do:
Lead the development and implementation of a world-class service model for the manager research, due diligence, and portfolio management teams within our client firms.
Partner with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities to increase positioning of AllianceBernstein solutions on client firm platforms, research lists, and home-office discretionary portfolios.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of AllianceBernstein investment capabilities. Be able to position the firm's offerings in a credible manner to due diligence professionals.
Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Product Management, Portfolio Management, RFP/Data) to ensure we our meeting clients at their point of need.
Monitor client and industry trends to assist in the firm's product development efforts.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability while fostering a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate should have:
10+ years of experience in the asset management industry, specifically working with professional buyers within US intermediary channel.
Deep understanding of the capital markets
High technical proficiency and strong investment acumen
Extensive investment platform and vehicle knowledge
Understanding US intermediary market trends and the competitive landscape
Intellectual curiosity and strategic thinking
A strong work ethic, with a deep personal drive and ownership mentality
Ability to operate independently without constant oversight or direction.
Ability to influence decisions leveraging strategic insights based on experience/knowledge of client needs and our firm investment capabilities.
A team player with highly developed interpersonal skills, including collaboration, negotiation and influence.
Location - New York City. Travel will be required.

In accordance with applicable law, the minimum and maximum base annual salary for this role is as follows:
Base Salary Range: $150,000 to $200,000
Actual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base salary is just one component of total compensation at AB, which may include, depending on eligibility, commissions, year-end incentive compensation, short- and long-term incentives and Department-specific awards.
