Dartmouth Health Cheshire Medical Center, located in beautiful Keene, New Hampshire, is searching for a dynamic physician to become the new Medical Director of Pathology.The Medical Director is responsible for the overall direction, operation, and management of the Section in accordance with the mission and goals of the Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinic, Cheshire Medical Center, and with the objectives established by the Chief Medical Officer of Cheshire Medical Center. The Medical Director is the role model of appropriate, expert, compassionate, and cost-effective clinical care and maintains exemplary interpersonal relationships with colleagues in the Department and throughout the organization.Qualified candidates will:
- Have at least four years of experience in healthcare leadership
- Be board-certified in Pathology by the ABMS or AOA
- Be eligible for licensure in New Hampshire
- Have the ability to relate to and deal effectively with physicians, administrators, support staff, and the general public with a high degree of tact and discretion.
