The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Vice-President Finance and Treasurer, the principal role of the Treasury Senior Manager is to supervise the Company's Cash Management Activities and to act as the intermediary between the operations and the banks and help them fill their banking service needs (bank accounts, payments and account receivable services, payroll, cash forecasting, etc.).

What you can expect to do here:

  • Review daily North America Cash position
  • Participate in the improvement of our Treasury management systems, reports and processes such as cash forecast analysis and variances
  • Manage the Worldwide intercompany activities and Global bank syndicate facility
  • Proceed with Foreign Exchange risk management activities related to cash management and intercompany activities
  • Support the optimization of our liquidities thought cash repatriation of our subsidiaries located around the world.
  • Support the management of treasury activities of our acquisitions and facilitate the integration of these activities
  • Monitor key performance indicators (interest on investments, bank fees, etc.) for the cash management group
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls


What you'll bring to WSP:

  • More than ten (10) year experience in a Treasury/Finance related field
  • Experience in international treasury management
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or in a related field
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, usable information for the various stakeholders.
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle high-pressure situations
  • Excellent communication skills and bilingualism (English and French) since this role interacts with international teams.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion accounting system and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, an asset.
