The Opportunity:

WSP Global is offering a permanent full-time position for a Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner - IT, who reports to the Chief Accounting Officer and will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and support to the global IT function. This role involves collaborating with the global senior IT leaders to drive financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with the corporation's overall financial goals. This role is critical as part of the transformation of the organization in order to support the global IT leaders in decision-making.

What you can expect to do here:

  • Implement a global financial framework that allow the monitoring of the costs from a regional to a global view following the ONEIT transformation.


  • Enable and organize the financial review of the global IT function leaders.


  • Provide financial analysis and insights to global IT leaders to drive decision-making.


  • Manage the actuals, budgeting and forecasting processes for the global IT corporate function.


  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.


  • Collaborate with other finance business partners to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.


  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.


  • Lead and develop a team of finance business partners that supports the IT corporate function in achieving its financial targets and objectives.


What you'll bring to WSP:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of IT financial management, budgeting and forecasting processes.


  • Proven track record of driving IT financial performance and achieving results.


  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.


  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Ability to translate complex IT concepts and metrics into clear, actionable financial insights.


  • Ability to work collaboratively with IT senior leaders, corporate finance team and other stakeholders, as well as connecting them.


  • Be bilingual (English and French) since this position requires working with international teams.


  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion accounting system and HFM Hyperion consolidation system is an asset.
