Your leadership will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and on schedule, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:Promote Corporate Culture: Uphold and promote the corporate culture and values.Mentor Team Members: Encourage professional growth and align team efforts with our mission.Review Legal Documents: Understand and manage Owner Contracts, Subcontracts, and Purchase Orders.Issue Subcontracts: Formulate and distribute Subcontracts and Purchase Orders.Understand Project Estimates: Ensure a comprehensive grasp of project financials.Engage Local Authorities: Facilitate project progress by building relationships before initiation.Maintain Cost Projections: Keep accurate and updated cost accounting forecasts.Inform Field Staff: Ensure Field Staff are aware of the project’s financial status.Approve Invoices: Review and authorize all subcontractor and supplier invoices and pay applications.Provide Leadership: Offer strong leadership throughout the construction process.Communicate Effectively: Keep all parties informed about job progress, issues, and resolutions.Ensure Scheduling Accuracy: Maintain daily communication with the Project Management Team for scheduling and quality control.Conduct Site Visits: Verify adherence to project documents and timelines through mandatory job site visits.Monitor Closeout Processes: Coordinate punch and closeout procedures with Field Staff and Owner Representatives.Train Staff: Prepare and train team members for position advancement. Oversee the organization and maintenance of all digital files, photos, and creative resources on the marketing drive.Lead and approve design projects before distribution to internal and external clients, ensuring that the highest design standards are met.Our Ideal Candidate:Education: Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive project management experience in multifamily construction.Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, cost accounting, and project estimating.Attributes: Exceptional leadership, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and initiative.Compensation:Annual Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000, depending on experience, plus bonus.
