Uphold and promote the corporate culture and values. Encourage professional growth and align team efforts with our mission. Understand and manage Owner Contracts, Subcontracts, and Purchase Orders. Formulate and distribute Subcontracts and Purchase Orders. Ensure a comprehensive grasp of project financials. Keep accurate and updated cost accounting forecasts. Review and authorize all subcontractor and supplier invoices and pay applications. Offer strong leadership throughout the construction process. Keep all parties informed about job progress, issues, and resolutions. Maintain daily communication with the Project Management team for scheduling and quality control. Verify adherence to project documents and timelines through mandatory job site visits. Coordinate punch and closeout procedures with Field Staff and Owner Representatives. Prepare and train team members for position advancement. Lead and approve design projects before distribution to internal and external clients, ensuring that the highest design standards are met. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience. Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in multifamily construction. Sr. Project Manager ready to take the next step in their career Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, cost accounting, and project estimating.
