What does the day-to-day look like?
You will work alongside business leaders to tailor and implement HR strategies that enhance our operations and support our team's growth. You'll be the go-to for advising on everything from policy and procedure to employee development and performance management. Expect to lead impactful employee engagement projects, manage robust talent acquisition processes, and ensure our work environments are both positive and productive. You'll tackle complex employee relations issues with a strategic approach, guide policy direction, and contribute to special projects that enhance organizational effectiveness. By analyzing HR metrics to spot trends and insights, you'll help steer our business decisions and HR strategies.

You're a great fit if you
- You're at least 21 years of age or older.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have at least 5 years of multi-site HR experience, ideally in a high-growth environment.
- Possess a deep understanding of HR functions, employment laws, and regulatory environments.
- Are a proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex issues.
- Are willing to travel 25-50% within the state to support our various sites.
