Overview
As our Radiology School Program Director at St. Vincent, you will guide radiology students in their educational journey, ensuring they gain the necessary skills and experience to become proficient radiologic technologists.
Every day, you will manage the clinical and didactic curriculum to deliver a comprehensive education experience. You will be expected to ensure alignment with JRCERT standards, conduct evaluations, and support students through their clinical education.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong leadership and educational experience within radiologic technology, along with proficiency in supervising and evaluating students and curricula.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain clinical records and grading systems for student evaluations
- Coordinate all clinical education activities and align with curriculum requirements
- Support student progress through regular evaluations and feedback sessions
- Maintain communication between clinical sites, faculty, and the School of Radiologic Technology
- Promote and ensure adherence to radiation safety standards across all clinical settings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology (required by JRCERT accreditation)
- Minimum of 2 years in radiologic technology and 1 year of teaching in a JRCERT accredited program
- Active ARRT registration and Arkansas state licensure required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association required.
