About the Role.
- Strategic HR Leadership - Develop and lead HR strategies that align with REDspace's business objectives, driving organizational growth and a positive employee experience.
- Team Development - Oversee a collaborative, high-performing HR team by setting clear goals, providing mentorship, and promoting professional growth across HR functions.
- Advisory Role for Leadership - Partner with leaders across the company as a trusted advisor, supporting employee relations, performance management, and coaching on best practices in people management.
- Employee Lifecycle Management - Shape every stage of the employee journey, with a focus on aligning capabilities with REDspace's strategic goals. From recruitment and onboarding to performance, engagement, and professional growth, create exceptional employee experiences that advance both individual and organizational development. Provide oversight for workforce planning and support for immigration processes where applicable
- Employee Development & Engagement - Design and implement programs that foster continuous learning, performance, and growth, ensuring our team's skills and capabilities align closely with REDspace's market objectives. Collaborate across departments to strengthen employee engagement, promoting an environment where each team member can contribute meaningfully and excel.
- Compliance & Best Practices - Ensure alignment with employment laws and lead efficient HR operations, including compensation, benefits, and life-cycle HR processes.
Skills/Experience.
- Post-secondary education in HR, business administration, or a related field; CPHR designation is preferred.
- 10+ years in HR with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, demonstrating a successful record of aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Passionate about finding innovative HR solutions and driving continuous improvement in all HR functions.
- Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with experience managing compliance and resolving complex HR issues.
- Skilled in creating and implementing talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies that align with business needs.
- Well-developed communication, active listening, and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- A proactive, collaborative leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is flexible to shifting priorities.
- High level of integrity and discretion, with the ability to manage sensitive information appropriately.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Experience fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace through DEIB initiatives.
