We are currently looking to add an IBM iAdministrator to our growing Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and functionality of the AS400 system, including all devices and systems that are attached to it. You will work closely with the Network Operations Team on completing projects to maintain and upgrade the system, as well as troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain and upgrade the IBM i system
Fully manages disaster recovery plan including periodic testing
Manages AS400 security policies
Manages installation and configuration of AS400 software applications
Provides secondary support for Microsoft Windows network
Performs other duties as assigned
Any software updates that need to happen
Help with customer and vendor issues and will have to problem solve and be solution oriented

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems
Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
Minimum of 5 years administering IBM i / AS400 environment
Experience administering Microsoft Windows environment is a plus
Ability to quickly build relationships with employees and customers
Experience programming RPG/RPGLE/RPGLE Free/SQLRPGLE
