As the Manager of People & Culture you will be responsible for contributing towards the development and execution of the P&C strategy designed to engage and evolve our high-performing, purpose-driven culture. The ideal candidate will have experience leading all aspects of HR in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment. She/he will exhibit a sleeves-rolled up attitude, sound judgement and effective decision-making skills.

Thirty-One sells' products through a network of independent sales consultants across both the U.S. and Canada.
Essential Responsibilities
- Manages recruitment, interviewing and hiring of qualified job applicants, collaborates with hiring managers to understand competencies required for openings
- Oversees the administration, enrollment, and communication for all benefits programs
- Manages benefit vendor relationships and ensures compliance with applicable local, state, and federal law
- Maintains and optimizes HRIS data
- Actively seek ways to automate HR processes to ensure efficiency and scalability
- Executes on company performance management process
- Conducts pay analysis and ensures pay grades are updated and accurate
- Addresses employee relations issues as they arise
- In partnership with the leadership team, identifies ways to increase staff retention and productivity, including strategies to enhance employee engagement
- Develops communication plans to support people & culture initiatives including, but not limited to, new hire onboarding, open enrollment, performance management, and corrective action
- Coaches, mentors, and acts as a confidential resource to the organization
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- BS in related field and at least 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Exceptional team management skills with high emotional intelligence
- High-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces growth mindset to continuously improve
- Someone flexible and adaptable to changing market and organizational needs
- An extremely self-directed and motivated leader who exhibits confidence, transparency, and competence
- Bilingual is a plus
