Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a QA team focused on client-side software testing.
- Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks for client-side applications using WinAppDriver, TestComplete, and AutoIt.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of client-side software.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to identify and resolve issues in client-side applications.
- Review and optimize automated test scripts for accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage test environments to ensure they are stable and reliable for client-side software testing.
What You Need:
- 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong experience with automation tools for client-side software, particularly WinAppDriver, TestComplete, and AutoIt.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Ability to lead a team and work independently.
- Good communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- 12+ years in QA with extensive experience in client-side software testing.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency with other testing tools such as Selenium, Zephyr, Postman, and Jira.
