3-5 Must Haves

• Project Management/Leadership experience for at least 7 years• Experience in the role of Scrum Master in software development environment for at least 1 year. • Knowledge of SDLC.• Experience with MS Project and budget tracking

• Knowledge and experience in project management with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.

Required Skills : * BA/BS degree * Project Management/Leadership experience for at least 7 years * Experience in the role of Scrum Master in a software development environment for at least 1 year * Knowledge of SDLC * Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency * Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communication skills and follow-through * Experience with MS Project and budget tracking * Knowledge and experience in project management with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies Preferred Skills/Experience: * MBA and/or Master s in Project Management * PMP Certification * First level Scrum Master Certification (CSM, ACP, PSM I) * PMI-ACP certification preferred * Knowledge of Agile approaches: Scrum, XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc. * Knowledge of Agile Tools utilized from story to design task and release, such as Jira * Previous experience as a team lead * A technical understanding of Networks and Cable Operations * Experience working with Release Management
