David Weekley Homes is seeking a talented and motivated Personalization & Testing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of enhancing the customer journey by spearheading A/B testing and personalization initiatives, ensuring that the right content is presented to the right visitor at the right time for maximum engagement and conversion. How You Will Make A Difference As a Personalization & Testing Coordinator, you will work with the Personalization Program Manager to: Identify Testing Opportunities: Discover and implement testing strategies to validate hypotheses related to customer reactions to online experiences. Deploy Testing Campaigns: Take an active role in the set up & deployment of testing campaigns. Ensure Quality Assurance: Incorporate consistent quality assurance practices to maintain the accuracy and reliability of testing campaign setups. Analyze Testing Results: Conduct in-depth analysis of testing outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with testing vendors, data teams, marketing teams, development teams, and creative designers to execute the personalization and A/B testing vision. Identify Segmentation Opportunities: Help define and coordinate personalization experiences based on data segmentation. Identify Technology: Contribute to the selection and implementation of tools and vendors that align with testing strategies and methods to optimize our customer experience Apply Analytics: Employ various analytics and insight tools, including video/session replay, customer surveys, research, and traditional data and KPI reporting tools to identify A/B testing and personalization opportunities. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor metrics related to test results and provide regular and ad hoc reports and analyses to executives and stakeholders. Drive actions based on test results that align with our business mission. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should expect to learn about our industry, our homes and communities, our Homebuyers and how people think and behave while making their new home purchase decisions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, data-driven individual with a passion for improving online experiences and making an impact. Candidate Requirements: 1-3 years of related professional experience in web personalization, A/B testing platforms and testing methodologies A bachelor’s degree in business management, UX Design, Web Design, Marketing, Data Science, or equivalent Experience with Website & UX design. Familiarity with HTML and CSS Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics Experience with Customer Data Platforms Strong analytical skills, including the ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets and derive actionable insights Detail-oriented mindset, and excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to communicate clearly and consistently Proficiency in MS Office suite of products (e.g., PowerPoint and Excel) Additional Information .
