Project Manager- Owners Representative

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of healthcare projects on behalf of their clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Description

• Lead and manage all phases of the project life cycle, from initiation to closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring any potential issues are resolved promptly.
• Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Oversee the quality control process, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, motivating team members and encouraging professional growth.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share lessons learned with the team.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial Real Estate Project Management or Design.
• Substantial experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing healthcare projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is highly preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
